The room was modern and had its own private bathroom. It was equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a sofa bed. In the morning, they provided milk, fresh bread, cereal, yogurt. The guesthouse's location was marvelous, situated in a quiet area near the center and the bay, and at a moderate distance from St Michaels Chapel Ruins.

Great breakfast with variety of milk, breads, cereals, yoghourt and jam to satisfy every guest. Very welcoming and pleasant staff, spotless room with a garden view. Marvellous location, just walking distance from everywhere.

It had great location just off the island, city centre and shops. There was The Black Bull Inn, located nearby, where we relaxed.

The shower had very little pressure.

We had a fabulous 3 nights stay. The position of the hotel was marvellous, right at the waterfront. It was very close to all the conveniences, the town center, and the ferry and local shops.

We appreciated this place, it was stunningly beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, always at our disposal. The location was great for first-time visitors to Rothesay. Our stay there was excellent!

Super base for 2 nights. Well-equipped and brand-new room overlooking sea. Helpful staff, very clean beds. Nice location of the hotel right on esplanade. And right by all the conveniences, ferry terminal and the waterfront. Exceptional service. Easy parking nearby.

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful hotel. The location couldn't have been better, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The view from our spacious and newly renovated room was absolutely stunning. The property is conveniently located near Rothesay harbor and the ferry port. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what we needed.

Our trip to Rothesay was excellent. We loved the comforts of this Victorian hotel. The location was marvelous and fantastic, close to the town center. We walked everywhere and even popped into The Black Bull Inn for shots before sleep, as it was just a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The services were outstanding, the room was spacious and wonderful with amenities like a toaster, a toilet with a shower, and a kettle; the location was amazing, being conveniently close to the center, port.
